Killicomaine pupils raise £400 for The Buddy Bear Trust

On Thursday 10th February 2011, a cheque for £400 was presented to the chairman of The Buddy Bear Trust. The pupils of Killicomaine Junior High School had raised the money last term by having a Christmas themed non-uniform day.

The Buddy Bear Trust helps children with cerebral palsy and motor disorders. Jessica Kerr, a pupil at Killicomaine, made the school aware of the Trust, as her brother Caleb suffers from cerebral palsy.
